Do You Have Free Shipping In Purchase Products?

Yes, we offer free shipping for minimum orders worth of USD 200.00 and above. However if you wish to expedite your order, an additional USD 30 or USD 50 will be added to your final bill regardless if you reach USD 200.00. This is considered as a special request.

Who Is Your Delivery Service?

We have many couriers depending on your location, our courier might call you within the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.

Refund and Exchange

How do I Process Refund or Exchange Product?

To all customers who bought our products and not 100% satisfied, please be advise that we accept product returns for a FULL PAYMENT refund on any product purchased in the last 45 days from the date of transaction.

Our product returning process is incredibly easy and please keep in mind that we can ONLY REFUND or REPLACE the UNOPENED ORIGINAL BOXES/PACKAGING with good condition.

Process for Refund and Exchange

Please check the following steps to process your request of refund or replacement:

A. Email us at support@asharlerproducts.com with detailed information below. Purchase Order Number (You can find this on your email address with your confirmation email). If you just order via Facebook Page, just present your Complete name and we will search it manually.

  • A.2 Reasons for refund.
  • A.3 Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.
B. Next, please send the item(s) back via your chosen courier to Asharler Disinfecting Products Office at 97-B Kamuning Road Quezon City, Philippines along with your receipt if possible. C. If your request refund have legitimate reason and met our requirements of refund, your refund will be processed in 3-4 days after receiving the items on our office.
